Priyanka is an Executive Search professional with over 8 years of industry experience. Post her Masters in Human Resource from Indian Institute of Planning & Management, Â Priyanka started her career with a US based MNC, in their Indian office.
Subsequently she moved to a Consulting organization providing talent solutions to clients across FMCG, Startups & Retail industries. Prior to joining Aventus Partners, Priyanka was associated with an Indian Education & Hospitality Group wherein she played a key role in streamlining their HR practices & talent needs. At Aventus her role includes leadership hiring across industries & providing strategic support to Partners in identifying and assessing talent fitment.
