Romil brings 12 years of experience in the tech industry with earlier stints across sales enablement, content marketing and demand generation with brands like CSC and Dell Services.
Post that he drove the CIO forum for a boutique research & advisory firm, International Market Assessment (IMA), India. At IMA India, he was responsible for account management and program delivery and successfully created a strong CIO network for global brands like Intel, HP, Vmware, McAfee and Lenovo.
For the last 6 years, Romil has been working in the Executive Search space and has successfully led search assignments across System Engineering, Technology Architecture, product management and business roles with both early stage start-ups and fortune 500 brands.
At Aventus, he is responsible for driving leadership search mandates for the consumer internet sector and has executed CTO, Head of Engineering, Product Leader and Business Head roles for both early stage and unicorn start-ups. He holds a Bachelors degree in Management.
