Jaipal is a business professional with more than 9 years of experience in Consulting, Education and Telecom domains. Jaipal holds a B. Tech degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from NIT Hamirpur and PGDM in General Management from IIM Indore.
Jaipal started his career with the Indian telecom manufacturer Fibcom India Ltd working in Delhi Metro Rail project as Project Engineer, after which he joined NIT Hamirpur to teach various Electronics and Communication Engineering courses. He also had an entrepreneurial stint with Medhaseer Consulting, which was an initiative to connect students from remote campuses with working professionals to mentor them.
Jaipal entered consulting space after completing his B-School education. In last 5 years, Jaipal has worked closely with promoters and top management of organizations to understand human resource challenges and provide real-time solutions for their businesses. He has delivered on multiple projects within Education, FMCG, Retail, Finance, Internet and E-commerce industries.
