Shinjini has been a part of team Aventus Partners since its formative years. She has two plus decades of professional experience. At Aventus, Shinjini divides her time between Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Advisory services of the firm.
Shinjini has led CXO searches across the domestic and international talent pool for complex technical roles in the Oil & Gas, EPC, Research & Development, Management Consulting sectors.
On the Human Resource Advisory side, Shinjini works closely with the Partners and supports delivery of long-term change management assignments, with particular focus on designing performance management framework, manpower norms, decision matrix, performance based pay out etc.
Prior to moving into the professional services industry, Shinjini gained valuable experience working in the Pharmaceutical and IT industries; where she donned various hats as a medical representative, UI/UX developer & Operations Manager.
With a keen interest in all things technical, Shinjini is the go to person for IT trouble shooting in Aventus. Outside of work, she loves spending her time in reading and following sports.
Shinjini holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce & is a PGDBM from IISWBM, Kolkata.
