Prior to Aventus Partners, Swati worked with Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd. (Construction Division) where her profile encompassed HR Administration, Statutory Compliance, Employee engagement & Performance Management System, organize orientation programmes for new employees, coordination for conducting multiple trainings for the employees. Swati graduated from Calcutta University with an Honours degree in History and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bangalore School of Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
