Tania is a founding partner in Aventus Partners. She brings on board over 20 years of Talent acquisition & assessment experience.
In Aventus Partners, Tania is responsible for new business, sustaining long term relationships and ensuring superior value delivery to clients, internal capability building, identify new revenue opportunities.
Prior to Aventus Partners, she worked in the Human Capital Practice of Ernst & Young, with Randstad before that, where she is credited with co creating the executive search practice, and leading it in North India. Tania began her career as the Head of Placement with Aptech Ltd, a pioneer in career-orientated retail education.
Tania focuses her talent acquisition work on CEO and CXO roles. She has consulted with clients across industries like Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Food, Consumer products, Health & Wellness, Private Equity. Her understanding of multiple industries and complex nuances heightens her ability to accurately evaluate roles and assess talent in diverse organizational context.
Tania has designed talent solution for organizations in different stages of growth – from the start- up, scale up, to high growth. As well as established businesses that need to augment leadership capabilities to drive the next phase of growth.
Tania’s expertise lies in her ability to devise innovative search strategies combined with robust talent assessment techniques to deliver powerful outcome for her clients. In this process, she collaborates with business owners, professional leadership teams & Private Equity Partners and provides them with critical people related decision support. With a curious mind and wide ranging interests, she enjoys the challenge of working with new businesses, industries, which lack legacy talent.
In personal life, she is an avid cook and an inveterate traveller.
Tania has a Bachelor degree in Humanities and a Post Graduate Diploma in Comparative Literature, from Jadavpur University, India.
