Jubilant FoodWorks Limited (the Company) is a Jubilant Bhartia Group Company. The Company was incorporated in 1995 and initiated operations in 1996. The Company got listed on the Indian bourses

in February 2010. Mr. Shyam S. Bhartia, Mr. Hari S. Bhartia and Jubilant Consumer Pvt. Ltd.(formerly Jubilant Fresh Pvt. Ltd.) are the Promoters of the Company.

Jubilant FoodWorks Limited operates Domino’s and Dunkin Donuts in India.

Following a change in the management at Jubilant Foodworks, the organisation went through a round of restructuring. As an of which there were critical unique roles added in the organisation structure. Jubilant Foodworks approached Aventus Partners to partner in the search for the new roles.

Operation Transformation Head

Operations Transformation Head will help Domino’s scale new heights. This role will explore new avenues for growth and new possibilities to leverage scale. The role holder is primarily responsible to transform the existing fundamentals of operations and bring innovation by providing world-class customer services, serving the best products and ensuring people are motivated, trained and customer focussed.

The key deliverables of this role holder will be :

–  Establish new channels for sales – institutional tie-ups like education institutes, airlines, etc

–   Lead Dine-In operations excellence projects to enhance efficiency & productivity in the stores

–   Lead Delivery operations excellence projects to make the delivery faster & better.

–    Establish the Franchising Model for Dominos to further fuel growth in areas where a direct model may not be feasible.

POS CoE (Point of sale COE)

 The role required strong domain understanding of retail technology and architecture in building the platform of core business services in the areas of best in class smart POS, digital integration and next generation integrated fulfilment.

Head TA & Employer Branding

 This was part of the newly created COEs ( Centre Of Excellence) in Human Resource function. While Talent Management and Talent Development COEs were staffed from internal resources, Jubilant Foodwork was keen to partner with Aventus Partners for the search of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Jubilant Foodworks. The critical skill sought by the company was extensive experience in the use of technology-led hiring.
